PayGapCheck™ is a pay equity intelligence tool operated by SupaSalary. It provides deterministic, observational analysis of anonymised employee compensation data for the purpose of internal pay equity review. PayGapCheck is not a legal compliance tool, an audit service, or a certification body.
This service is intended for use by organisations and HR professionals acting on behalf of a legal entity. By submitting data, you confirm that:
Reports are provided on a pay-per-use basis. Payment is processed via Stripe. Access to your report is granted for 14 calendar days from the date of generation. After this period, all report data, including raw uploads and generated outputs, is permanently deleted. No refunds are issued once a report has been generated.
All outputs produced by PayGapCheck are observational and analytical in nature. They reflect patterns in the data provided and are not:
Raw employee data is retained for 14 days from report generation, after which it is permanently and automatically deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying report metrics may be retained for operational purposes. No individual employee records are retained beyond the 14-day window under any circumstances.
PayGapCheck is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SupaSalary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of report outputs.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
